OUR STORY
Erica's baking journey began in 1999 when she was married and pregnant. Her first attempt at bread baking resulted in a batch of bricks. But her love for hands-on creativity led her to explore a wide range of baked goods, including whole wheat bread, bagels, cookies, dinner rolls, muffins, bars, pastries, and her famous cinnamon rolls.
As her family grew, so did her pool of taste testers, and over 25 years, Erica honed her baking skills, specializing in tender, melt-in-your-mouth sweet rolls. She values quality and happy customers and enjoys sharing her tips, tricks, and experiences while bringing humor into the mix.
Erica's business, Rolled Out Bakery is now selling its delectable baked goods at Beanchain Coffee located at 1110 W. Southern Ave. #8. Come by and see us.

Rolled Out Bakery started at home. The recipes, the techniques, and the imagination that went into creating each treat started out as a labor of love and a personal need to be creative in a way that blessed my family and friends. That labor of love continues today as I strive to improve taste, quality, and delectability with every small batch I make in the kitchen at Beanchain Coffee as Rolled Out Bakery’s Head Baker.
