OUR STORY
Erica learned to bake during the years that she was raising her 8 kids. As a mother she was tasked with preparing food and stretching the budget. Homemade breads, muffins, bagels, cookies, and, of course cinnamon rolls, not only filled the family’s bellies, but it gave Erica a creative outlet and a little sense of financial success. Meanwhile, Greg White was a thousand miles away in Texas building his recording studio and music production business, SG Studios. They met online in February of 2023 and immediately found in each other best friends and fellow entrepreneurs. They married in May of that same year and by October Rolled Out Bakery was born. Greg continues to run his successful studio near Fort Worth, Texas while making time to support Erica with their bakery in Mesa, Arizona as her more experienced business partner and roll tester. It was a match made in Heaven and God continues to bless them as they pursue their passions and their purpose.

She uses real, simple ingredients just like she made for her family. Every ingredient is one you can pronounce and we steer clear of dyes and preservatives. Our rolls really are simply baked better!
