1. We use Italian flour ~ We use Italian flour because it’s known for its purity and gentle processing. It’s naturally rich in nutrients and free from glyphosate, which people find easier on their tummy — especially those with gluten sensitivity!
2. We use real, quality ingredients ~ that means no dyes, no seed oils, and no high fructose corn syrup! We have to work a little harder to source ingredients that are lacking those things, but we do because we feel it is important to keep our bodies healthy.
3. Packaging ~ Our packaging isn’t just cute it’s designed to keep your rolls fresh longer and make them perfect for gifting. We chose high-quality containers because we want every detail of your roll experience to feel special.
4. We hand make all of our rolls in small batches ~ Every roll is handmade in small batches — no machines or assembly lines here, just a local team rolling dough on a stainless steel countertop. Being a small, family-owned bakery has its ups and downs, but every bit of support from you helps us keep doing what we love.

OUR STORY!!
Erica Miles White is a mother of eight and owner of Rolled Out Bakery, a business born from her passion for creating quality homemade treats that delighted her kids and neighbors. What started as a means to provide her family and friends with tasty, budget-friendly treats during tough times has blossomed into a thriving bakery that now serves the community with her signature sweet and savory rolls.
Following a life-changing divorce, Erica found herself at a crossroads, unsure of how to rebuild her future. It was during this time that she met her now-husband, Greg White, whose unwavering belief in her talent inspired her to take a leap of faith and start her own business. With his support, Rolled Out Bakery was born—a place where customers can indulge in the same delicious, creations that Erica first made for her family.
Rolled Out Bakery specializes in a variety of soft, perfectly balanced sweet rolls, including classic cinnamon, chocolate chip cinnamon, raspberry, lemon blueberry, and more. They have also begun production of their savory line with flavors like bacon ranch and green chili and cheese. The bakery’s commitment to quality ingredients and homemade results make it a must-visit for anyone in search of comfort and sweetness.
