We're always striving for excellence, not just in flavor and texture but in mindfulness toward what we put into our bodies. That's why we've switched from high-gluten American processed flour to imported Italian flour, known for its superior quality and easier digestion. While we cannot make medical claims, we believe our customers will appreciate a product free from chemical processing and additives. Additionally, we're phasing out seed oils and soy (from pan spray), imitation vanilla, and high-fructose corn syrup, ensuring our ingredients align with our commitment to natural goodness. Any color in our rolls and frostings comes from real food--no artificial dyes or colorings in our buns!


We've heard story after story of people with gut and skin issues in America going to visit Italy and living it up with all the bread and pasta they can stuff into their pizza-pie holes, without the pain and discomfort they experience at home. We know that we make a superior product already in terms of taste, texture, and appearance. In our ongoing effort to be better and do more, we felt a conviction to improve the quality of our rolls in terms of how they affect our overall health. There isn't much of a market for whole wheat, sugar-free cinnamon rolls, but we can take what we have and make it better for as many people as we can and THAT is what we are doing.


We have already made the switch to the Italian flour. The other changes will happen as we use up what we already have and switch to the cleaner, better alternatives without compromising the overall fantastic-ness of the rolls you already love. You may see a price increase and wonder why we would do such a thing. Now you know. You're getting the best! Figurati!
